GHANA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ( GHANASS ), KOFORIDUA LAUNCHES 80TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS

The Ghana Senior high School (GHANAS), has Launched its eighty years anniversary.

According to Chairperson Ambassador Kwabena Baah Duodu, the school has produced men and women, l who have excelled and continue to make waves in all facets of life in Ghana and aboard.

He said “Institutions are not like humans, and so when the school turns eighty years, the future will still be bright.
“Eighty years in the life of any institution is a significant milestone. From a very humble beginning as Christ college, GHANASS has grown to become one of the leading school in the country. We cannot, therefore, let eighty years pass without any celebration.”

The theme for the celebration is “Eighty years of trail and Blazing holistic senior high school education. “He added that, this explains why the school and its dynamic old students have put their heads together to launch the anniversary celebration early enough to ensure widespread participation.

Ambassador Kwabena Baah Duodu stated that, also some of the projects lined up for the anniversary will be complete before the next eighty five years celebration.

He mentioned that some of the projects only remained on paper. “if we do not support the school to complete them they will remain unfinished

In other words, we need your support both in cash and material so that we can achieve the plans that we have set for ourselves.
“Looking at your effort gives a lot of hope and strength to the planners and the school authorities to do the work we need to do to have a successful anniversary,” he added.

He said, there was work to be done adding that with determination all the plans would come to fruition. In reaffirming the greatness of GHANASS, he called for the need to understand that greatness is possible to achieve with discipline and resilience.
