Maurya Educational Limited, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, has introduced a Stemrobo initiative in Kumasi, aimed at advancing STEM education through technology.

The project focuses on empowering students to excel in Steam Robotics, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) by integrating innovative teaching methods.

The initiative targets basic schools, including private institutions, to cultivate a tech-driven future for the nation.

Girish Gudbani, Managing Director of Maurya Education in Africa, emphasized the program’s goal of equipping children with world-class skills to compete globally and foster creativity and innovation in areas such as app development and robotics.

Schools implementing Stemrobo will enhance students’ technological proficiency, nurturing a generation of innovators. “Children will be able to innovate and create, so if you enrol your children in a school with Stemrobo, we will train them to be innovators,” he said.

Gudbani commended the Ghanaian government, particularly Education Minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, for their support in promoting STEM education.
