Hon. Ewurabena Aubynn, the highly dedicated and hardworking Member of Parliament (MP) hopeful for the Ablekuma North Constituency, recently paid a courtesy visit to NANA GYENTSI AMOAKO X, the esteemed Chief of Akyinim, near Cape Three Points in the Ahanta Traditional Area.
Joined by her team, the PC on Sunday 27th August 2023, arrived at the residence of NANA GYENTSI AMOAKO X located in Odorkor, along the Aliu Mahama Road. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen ties and explore ways in which the chief and his community can support the PC’s campaign for the upcoming 2024 elections.
During the visit, a close aide to the PC, in the person of Hon. Jeremiah Maclean Jnr .JM, Regional Finance Director for GT. Accra NDC Professionals Forum, took the opportunity to highlight the numerous and commendable actions and initiatives undertaken by Hon. Ewurabena Aubyn in the constituency. By showcasing the PC’s dedication and track record, the aim was to garner support and break the monopoly in the constituency.
The PC’s gestures of goodwill were also evident during the visit. In line with local customs and traditions, Hon. Ewurabena Aubynn presented bottles of water ,schnapps and an undisclosed amount of money to the chief. This display of respect and cultural adherence further strengthened the bond between the PC and NANA GYENTSI AMOAKO X. Showcasing the PC’s commitment to local values and cultural protocols.
Recognizing the importance of electing Hon. Ewurabena Aubynn in order to secure victory for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and former President John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming 2024 elections, in the constituency, the chief expressed his gratitude and pledged his support.
With the chief’s support and endorsement, Hon. Ewurabena Aubynn seeks to capture the Ablekuma North constituency seat and bring positive change to the people in the 2024 elections.
