EASKARM FOUNDATION organized a program for young people in the Universities Level to teach them how to become a good leaders in the future.he said, “I acquired a lot of new skills and ideas to transform our communities. The young leaders are playing an important role in transforming communities in Ghana.
According to Dr. Richard Eghan, medical Director & CEO of Nature’s Green medical centres London, said, through both grassroots initiatives and graduate research and training, young leaders are expanding the scientific community in Ghana, improving access to training, and increasing representation among women and marginalized students.
The young leaders transform culturally rooted attitudes towards leadership by focusing on people oriented leadership styles. they prioritize mentoring and coaching and emphasize initiative and self-reliance among followers.
He said, “Let them know third edition conference” is the communication of a clear vision, for many based on the concept of “performing well” the wish to contribute to improving living conditions and help the young people.
Despite facing some obstacles, especially for younger leaders and women, bold young leaders are finding success and are gradually transforming the scientific landscape in Ghana and beyond.
