Consume more eggs for a healthy growth- Comfort Acheampong urges Ghanaians.

The Secretary General for WPSAGHB, Madam Comfort Acheampong has urged Ghanaians to consume more eggs for a health growth saying fish and meat have recently become very expensive in food preparations.
According to her, egg contains varieties of nutritional values and are affordable to buy and therefore on the citizenry and households to add eggs to their meal adding that countries like France and China prepares eggs soup and other alternatives of egg meals
She therefore call on the citizenry to explore the habit of using eggs for varities of dishes and explained that it can be boiled, fried, scrambled and goes with all kinds of dishes and therefore urged people to replace egg with, meat, beef, fish for their respective meals.
Madam Comfort Acheampong made the call at a food bazzar organized by Adom FM in Accra where she mounted on a stand and displayed an array of eggs dishes such as egg soup, boiled eggs, fried egg, scramble egg with pepper.
She however advised parents to add eggs to the meals of their children when going to school pointing out that the consumption of eggs by children adequately prepare them for smart learning.
Madam Comfort Acheampong challenge Ghanaians poultry farmers to produce more eggs to meet the demand for daily consumptions and explained that it is part of the effort to make eggs affordable to all. She therefore expressed her gratitude to industry players such as Elder Isaac Gyabaa, Ampofo Farms, Douglas Farms, Gyawu Farms, Owusu Farms, Agyeman and Domaaahenkro farms in Brong Ahafo region and Mfum farms in Kumasi.
