PRESEC Artificial intelligence site (AI) library is 1999-year group of the Presbyterian Boys’ Senior High School (PRESEC), Legon, has kick-started the construction of a Artificial intelligence site (AI) for the school’s growing population.
The Artificial intelligence site ( AI) expected to be completed in September will comprise a platform that will give more opportunities to the students when they’re in school.
According to Global president for the PRESEC Alumni Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong said, The Project dubbed ‘PRESEC Artificial intelligence site’ (AI) is a legacy initiative by the year group which aims at accommodating more students’ population per time.
The project which will also see the organisation of the school’s 86th Speech and Prize Giving Day by the year group is estimated.
Global President for the PRESEC Alumni, Speaking to the media Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong, explained that, his year group was inspired by increasing students’ intelligence. “PRESEC, like most other schools now have huge population that do not fit in one area for gatherings.
According to Headmaster of PRESEC, David Odjidja, Said, when the project is completed, it will serve a lot of purposes including as (AI) Library of its legacy services, among others.
“When this [project] is done, it will be one of its kind in the country and probably beyond. So, we want to thank you for such a dedication and commitment to give this facility,” he said.
PRESEC headmaster urged the old students to ensure the project’s completion, citing past instances where year groups began projects but failed to complete them.
The 1999-year group of the Aburi Girls Senior High School attended the event to support their PRESEC counterparts.
The President of the 1999-year group of the Aburi Girls Senior High School, who came to solidarise with their PRESEC male colleagues, said they have taken a cue of the gesture and will replicate that in their alma mater.
