In a bold proclamation during a recent sermon, Apostle Kwabena Owusu Adjei, the founder of Hezekiah Apostolic Prayer Ministry, declared that he is willing to be a living sacrifice and face lynching if the National Democratic Congress (NDC) fails to select Leslie Mensah Tamakloe as their running mate in the upcoming 2024 elections.
Apostle Adjei passionately urged former President John Dramani Mahama to rectify what he referred to as mistakes from the 2020 elections. Addressing Mahama directly, he emphasized, “Go to the Volta Region, choose Leslie Mensah Tamakloe as your running mate, and you will win hands down. NDC, you have the opportunity and the possibility to rule for 32 years.”
The religious leader went on to issue a dramatic ultimatum, stating, “If his Excellency John Dramani Mahama refuses and opts for any other candidate besides Leslie Mensah Tamakloe, born on the 18th of April, 1957, and manages to secure victory in the election, I, Apostle Kwabena Owusu Adjei, am offering my body to be lynched by the NDC foot soldiers and grassroots supporters.”
